I am a native Artesian. My parents, Tommy Caldwell and Marilyn Campanella Edington and my grandparents, Louis and Mary Campanella, were also Artesians. I graduated from Artesia High School and still meet with classmates of the "Class of 1978" frequently. My siblings are Marlena Caldwell, Luke Edington and Tommy Caldwell, Jr. My many blessings in life include my children, Shayne and Raquel Carson along with my grandson Daryl Kaiden Carson and granddaughter Kaylee Neomi Carson.

After working in a real estate office in high school DECA, I became a licensed sales-associate and then a broker in 1979 at the age of 18, becoming the youngest broker in the state of New Mexico at that time. I always knew my destiny included a career as a real estate broker. I love real estate. 

I became an owner & broker of Carson Real Estate, Inc. in 1997 and have been fortunate to have a business that has been supported in Artesia. I have been a Multi-Million dollar producer of real estate listings and sales for many years. Carson Real Estate, Inc. had listings and sales in excess of 15 million dollars last year.
